Fletchers’ Mill purchased the assets of Vic Firth Gourmet in December of 2012. As part of the assets sale the Vic Firth warranty claims have remained with them. We have been happy to help Vic Firth customers since 2012 but unfortunately due to limited inventory on Vic Firth replacement parts we can no longer honor the Vic Firth Lifetime warranty.
